Our Menomonee Falls location is the perfect place to grow your business or use as a home-base for your food truck! We have a number of competitive packages available. Perfect for prep work or bakers,  our space offers two convection ovens, two proofers/hot hold cabinets, induction tops for cooking, two large commercial mixers, as well as utensils and cooking tools. Please note that we do not have a gas range or deep fryer in this space.

Subscription Packages (all subscription packages include dry storage):

Package 1: 10 Hours Per Month

3 months @ $23/hour

Package 2: 20 Hours Per Month

3 months @ $22/hour

6 months @ $21/hour

Package 3: 40 Hours Per Month

3 months @ $20/hour

6 months @ $19/hour

Package 4: 60+ Hours Per month

3 month @ $18/hour

Pop- Up Rentals:

Pop Up Restaurant/Storefront for 12 hours (Mondays and Tuesdays only, dates subject to availability)

$150/day. Kitchen hours not included and are billed separately

Complete exclusive rental of kitchen and storefront for 12 hours (Mondays and Tuesdays only, subject to availability)

$400/day

Other:

 Non-subscription kitchen use:  3 hours of kitchen time $120. Each additional hour billed at $25.

Dry storage, refrigerator space, and freezer space are also available to rent.

Monthly dry storage $25/month per shelf

Monthly refrigerator/freezer storage $30/month per shelf

All kitchen users, whether subscription or otherwise, are subject to a refundable $250 deposit.
